About Steph…
As a parent to both a teen and pre-teen, Stephanie began her journey as a mental health professional with a desire to help kids navigate the challenging years of adolescent development and parents/adults manage and adapt to a rapidly over-connected yet isolating world. She loves working with clients across a lifespan, seeing adults, couples, teens, and children (5+) with various relational issues from anxiety and depression, to complex trauma, substance use disorders, eating disorders, and adjustment, parenting, and career challenges. Steph’s work is collaborative, client-centered, and rooted in mindfulness-based somatic healing.
Steph is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor practicing in Pasadena, CA, offering in-person and telehealth services. She received her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy. She completed her clinical training working with high-risk/low-income children, adolescents, and families at Optimist Youth Homes and Family Services in Woodland Hills, CA.
